7. OK, How do I sign up?
A. You do three things:
1. Read and accept our TERMS OF AGREEMENT. .
2. Print, complete and sign our Submission Form.
3. Mail the completed Form with one copy of your CD or just one song on a CD to:

A. As one of our artists you will earn a 30% royalty for every download you sell. The 30/70 split we offer means that $10 in download sales yields $3.00 to all artist. Our agreement is non-exclusive. You retain ownership of the copyrights and all other rights in any content and material submitted by you.
3. How does ringringtonesafrica sell my music?A. We make a dedicated web page showcasing your music on ringringtonesafrica.com with the sole purpose of selling your music. It includes cover art, audio samples, links back to your own website, reviews, with any description you want. We give this page an easy web address where you can tell people to buy your music www.yourname.ringringtonesafrica.com. We put this page in our world music galleries and search engines at ringringtonesafrica.com which is visited by thousands of people who are looking to buy new international music by independent artists like you! We provide links to your own web site, or to any other online locations that feature your music -- wherever you tell us to send our customers.
4. How does the money work?A. Our customers may purchase downloads of your music under our policy of subscription at a price determined every three (3) months. Your music is sold by the downloadable track or by ringtones or real tones. 30% of the subscription fees go to all the artic less the merchant fees. The money is worked on a percentage bases .Send us a mail for an e-copy of how this is worked. We pay you four times a year (every quarter) for your downloads. (If the amount we owe you is less than $50 then we will hold the amount until the amount is greater than $50.) We give you an account with a user name and password that allows you to look at reports of how many downloads your songs have received and how much money you have earned.
5. What else do I get?A. We can help you network with other musicians, radio & club dj's and fans. This will help you get more gigs and sell more music. The big money is in licensing music for games, movies and commercials. We promote your music for this use, and offer an easy system for music-licensing customers to find your music and buy it online. 6. Are there any catches?A. No, it's easier than you think. Our agreement is completely non-exclusive. You retain ownership of the copyrights and all other rights in any content and material submitted by you. By delivering your music to us, you grant to us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to: (a) publicly display & encode your original music into downloadable music files for the purpose of demonstrating, promoting, distributing and selling your music; (b) make your music accessible as (20-60-second) audio streams & synchronize with visual images; and (c) enroll your music in current and future promotions including our daily free single, podcasts and video streams. You don't even need a full CD. Send us your latest tracks and we'll put them up.
7. OK, How do I sign up?A. Read and agree to our Term of Agreement . Then complete our Submission Form and send it to us with one copy of your CD. After submitting your music one of our associates will contact you via e-mail to let you know our decision to accept your submission.
